Mainly used for low-load parts that require high plasticity and good weldability, working in liquid or gaseous media, such as mailboxes, gasoline or lubricating oil conduits, various liquid containers and other small-load parts made by deep drawing: The wire is used to make rivets.

6 Series: The main alloying elements of the 6XXX series alloys are magnesium and silicon AlMgSi1Cu and form the Mg2Si phase. If it contains a certain amount of manganese and chromium, it can neutralize the bad effect of iron; sometimes a small amount of copper or zinc is added to improve the strength of the alloy without significantly reducing its corrosion resistance; there is also a small amount of conductive materials Copper can be used to offset the adverse effects of titanium and iron on conductivity; zirconium or titanium can refine grains and control recrystallization structure; in order to improve machinability, lead and bismuth can be added. The solid solution of Mg2Si in aluminum makes the alloy have the function of artificial age hardening.

7 series: ① 7000 aluminum alloy is another commonly used alloy with various varieties. It contains zinc and magnesium. Among the more common aluminum alloys, the strongest strength is 7075 alloy, but it cannot be welded, and its corrosion resistance is quite poor. Many parts manufactured by CNC cutting use 7075 alloy. Zinc is the main alloying element in this series, and the addition of a small amount of magnesium alloy allows the material to be heat treated to achieve very high strength characteristics. These series of materials are generally added with a small amount of alloys such as copper and chromium, among which the number 7075 aluminum alloy is particularly top-grade, with the highest strength, suitable for aircraft frames and high-strength accessories.

② 7075 belongs to Al-Zn-Mg-Cu super duralumin. This alloy has been used in the aircraft manufacturing industry in the late 1940s and is still widely used in the aviation industry. It is characterized by good plasticity after solution treatment, particularly good heat treatment strengthening effect, high strength below 150°C, and particularly good low-temperature strength; poor welding performance; tendency to stress corrosion cracking; need to be coated with aluminum or other Protected processing use. Dual-stage aging can improve the alloy's ability to resist stress corrosion cracking. The plasticity in the annealed and just-quenched state is slightly lower than that of 2A12 in the same state.
